The whole team was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Their knowledge of the local area is impressive, and we always felt we were getting honest advice and guidance. Communication was great throughout, with not a single question left unanswered. To be fair, everything was great. We can’t recall a single thing we weren’t beyond happy with. Trust is a big part of this process and there was never a moment we had doubt. I’d like to call out Austin here as he really was our guiding star who is so genuine and caring. We knew immediately in meeting him that this was the team for us. In every instance we were given guidance, truth and have nothing but praise for the respectful way our open homes were managed. The whole teams experience really showed throughout, and we secured an amazing result thanks to their dedication. Matt has clearly built a great business with a team that genuinely cares about its clients. Firstly my car was towed the morning of my viewing and the young gentleman on the team picked us up . We loved the house and put in an offer .That’s when the amazing Tom Pinkham came on board and negotiated for over a week to get the contract signed , allowing myself to purchase the property . Jodie then took over guiding me through the process , until it became unconditional. Couldn’t be happier with the professionalism from all the team members at Ray White . Would highly recommend
