When I saw the place across the road go up for sale and the agent arrive in an ultra expensive car we can never afford I knew that I was not going to be funding these agents anymore. I have bought and sold 7 houses making the same mistake over and over - go with the big guys. Never again. I was offered an 'off listing sale' with '10 buyers' ready to pay top dollar etc by one of the big organisations. Sure let me look into that, perhaps as it's only a phone call and a little paper work they may do me a real good commission. Nup. They wanted what would have worked out to be 25-30k of my money to connect me with these 'buyers'. Enter Stephen and his $7k fixed price. He listed my house immediately and was sold in two days at and outstanding price I highly doubt anyone else could achieve. Very very impressive from the first call to the last. This is not my first rodeo and usually I can list some flaws but honestly I just can't fault Stephen. Had the usual agents achieved the same price as Stephen it would of cost me $32 000.00 plus advertising etc, Stephen cost me including advertising $7000.00 . This is a game changer. I regret not finding him sooner. Genuine Aussie bloke. %100 satisfied. I look forward to using and recommending him for all future transactions. Oh and that place over the road, I thought I would get less for mine as it had a pool but Stephen got me substantially more...
