We were constantly kept informed, always knew what was happening with the campaign, and felt fully supported throughout the entire process. A very special mention must go to James, who was our main agent and worked tirelessly throughout the campaign. He was nonstop from start to finish, always available, proactive and completely committed to achieving the best possible result for us. His professionalism, work ethic and communication gave us complete confidence at every stage. Ivan provided fantastic support alongside James and was always professional, responsive and helpful. Ethan and Ella also did an excellent job presenting our home and speaking with prospective buyers, ensuring the property was represented in the best possible way. Tried hard to get the best for us

Communicated very well, understood the negotiation process very well. The sale was conducted in changing conditions and we feel he did the best he could for us. We are in Sydney while the sale was in Brisbane. He worked outside normal hours to do what he could.
