I first met Adam Sutton in 2024. I was in a difficult situation and urgently needed to sell a commercial building. I was contacted by Jon Stumbles within minutes of me seeking help on Facebook. Jon referred me to his colleague Adam Sutton. Adam called me and I explained the situation and the urgency to sell. We set up a meeting to inspect the building and he gave me all the right advice and information. Adam quickly listed the building and by end of the week he already had an inspection booked for the following Monday. After the inspection he let me know the buyers had put in an offer and he continued to proceed with the sale. Adam was very helpful and accomodating to my needs and I am extremely impressed with his dedication, professionalism, efficiency and high level of communication. I can’t believe how quickly a buyer was found and an offer was made. Fast forward to now in 2026, I again was left in a difficult position, this time to sell my mother’s home after her passing. The only person that came to mind for assistance was Adam as I knew I’d be in good hands. Again I was met with understanding, patience, honesty, kindness and compassion. Adam Is very approachable and easy to work with. His confidence put my mind at ease and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was always ready to help. Adam kept me up to date with inspections and buyers. He provided honest advice throughout the process, had great knowledge of the market and again without fail he quickly found a buyer within a few short weeks. Adam has been extremely compassionate towards both of my situations and i appreciate his patience and everything he has done to help throughout the whole process. It definitely was not easy but Adam made the process go smoothly as possible. Adam has truly gone above and beyond and got the best outcome possible for me both times. I will not hesitate to contact Adam again in the future for any of my real estate needs. Thank you so much Adam !

LJ Hooker was recommended by my Husbands boss Peter Hewson Group General Manager at Monaro Mix Specified Concrete who put us in contact with Peter Stumbles. Peter then put us in touch with Adam to discuss the sale of the property. On meeting Adam in person for the first time we knew we had the right guy for the job. Adam is very professional, personable and polite, he is very approachable and has both the seller and buyer interests in mind. Adam is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate profession. He is very trustworthy and we were very impressed with the way he saw and analysed things, called it as it was. He was very responsive to our questions and needs and nothing was too much trouble for him. We are very happy with how the sale of the property went. We have also been fortunate to meet the new owners on several occasions who are settling to there new home and are also very happy. A big call out to the people behind the scenes too, the office staff, very friendly professional and courteous. We will be calling on Adam and L J Hooker team in the future to manage our future property sales and purchases. We will be also recommending you to family and friends as well.

Adam’s knowledge of the market is outstanding & his ability to communicate this was excellent. This allowed us to set a price for our house that was agreeable to us & as it turns out was very achievable. Our experience with Adam was 10/10, everything was smooth sailing with no hassles, from the very first phone call to settlement day. Adam’s willingness to help with suggestions of Conveyance Lawyers & Building/Pest report providers was top notch as well. We have no regrets using Ashlee from Marjason & Marjason (Conveyance Lawyers) & Residential Reports for(Building/Pest/Energy). The photographic team were also fantastic with everything done in a very timely manner & great to work with. We had a sale in just over a week from the time of the first ad & two open homes. If you want experience, knowledge, great communication & no BS we highly recommend Adam.
