James has been very responsive and has responded quite quickly returning phone calls and responding back to emails. James Market knowledge was outstanding he answered all of our questions straight away which made our experience and decision on purchasing the property quite easy. We knew Luigi not just as a real estate agent but as a local who went to the same school knows our family and we know his . We interviewed 4 agents to sell our home and Alex was a standout. Working with Alex is a very positive experience! Alex reached about the possibility of an off market sale, and from that point she made everything feel easy and straightforward. Alex is incredibly organised and efficient and seems to juggle everything effortlessly. She’s friendly, honest and very easy to communicate with. She kept us updated throughout the process. We never felt pressured at any point, just well supported. Alex also assisted us with leasing the property in 2024 and achieved a great result then as well, so we already knew we were in good hands.
