Honestly incredible!

We could not be happier with our experience of selling our house with L J Hooker and specifically Tracey and Tim. From start to finish they were incredibly supportive. They were always available for a phone call - often times going above and beyond for us. They were enthusiastic without being unrealistic. That being said, they achieved us a complex record for our house sale. This was a seamless process. We cannot be more thankful that we met the team while casually house viewing for our future home. If you're thinking of going with Tracey and Tim, DO IT!!

Julie is amazing! Great communication & regular updates. Achieved sale price above expectations.

Julie has great market knowledge. We achieved a price above what other agents said we would get in the current market. Julie is supportive, gave regular updates on where the whole process was at. Ideas for marketing and has a good client base and reputation in the industry from our conversations with others. We have purchased and sold with Julie and it has been a positive experience both times. She worked really well with our lawyers and chased up anyone that was not getting back to us in time. The Best On The GC

We couldn’t be happier with the job Tim did selling our home. From the appraisal right through to settlement day, his communication was outstanding and he kept us informed every step of the way. What really stood out was how far above and beyond he went for us when unforeseen damage occurred at the property. Tim personally stepped in, helped clean everything up, and organised trades immediately to get things sorted without delay. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He worked hard to get the deal done quickly and professionally, making the whole process far less stressful than we expected. We honestly couldn’t fault him as an agent. A top bloke, a great businessman, and someone who genuinely cares about his clients. We would highly recommend Tim to anyone thinking of selling.
