The Best On The GC

We couldn’t be happier with the job Tim did selling our home. From the appraisal right through to settlement day, his communication was outstanding and he kept us informed every step of the way. What really stood out was how far above and beyond he went for us when unforeseen damage occurred at the property. Tim personally stepped in, helped clean everything up, and organised trades immediately to get things sorted without delay. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He worked hard to get the deal done quickly and professionally, making the whole process far less stressful than we expected. We honestly couldn’t fault him as an agent. A top bloke, a great businessman, and someone who genuinely cares about his clients. We would highly recommend Tim to anyone thinking of selling.

Commitment To Excellence

We have used Tim in the past and were not disappointed this time round. Tim is an excellent communicator and nothing is too much trouble for him to find out or do for you. He has a team of tradies that he calls on - all good at their jobs and at a very good price. He has intimate market knowledge which helped streamline our selling process - ''I think 2 open homes will do it" and then his negotiating skills kick in and the fun part starts! Tim is the consummate professional - plenty of skill and flair and we will use him again in the future.

An Absolute Dream To Work With

We recently sold our house in Nerang and met with several different agents to find the right person to represent our home.
