So very grateful

So very grateful we chose Dan to be our agent. We met him by going to open homes to feel out agents in our area to choose who would sell for us. To all he was so genuine, welcoming, no BS approach + impressive in natural communication. Dan was a standout +our first choice. Again super helpful at our appraisal + felt it was a professional, practicable + knowledgable approach, not just telling us what we wanted to hear. Great experience buying through Dan!!

Dan made our journey of buying a great experience, from our first meeting at the open home to every step that came after Dan was awesome. Dan was always so good on communicating+ being available for our questions or queries as we went, nothing was too hard for him and was always understanding + knowledgeable. Julie was professional in all aspects of the sale and, was more than competent in all the complexities of the transaction. Energetic, tireless and a great communicator

Julie made the difference in selling the property that we purchased from her acting as the Agent. When we first approached the house, we nearly kept driving. The street appeal was a little aged (as is the house). We did stop though and where greeted by Julie. Not overbearing, but knowledgeable, authentic and proactive, Julie showed us around the house and gave us some key info. Throughout the negotiation period, Julie was very responsive and easy to get hold of. There was a few factors at play that made it a trickier than usual purchase and Julie was great at helping us navigate all of it and get the buyer and I together on a deal that was fair for all. I highly recommended Julie to sell your property.
