Best agent I’ve ever dealt with!

Nicholas was a great communicator right from our first contact, he gave my partner and I great advice about the current market and what to expect once our apartment went live on the market. It was clear from the beginning about his extensive knowledge about the area (Phillip) giving us all the info on recently sold properties and where ours sat compared to them. It was no surprise when he called after the first open home to let us know he had found a buyer at full asking price! Looking forward to working with him again in the future.
