Excellent communication and fast response to our property query

We contacted the agency about available residential property in Woden area. The agent we spoke with, Robert Burns, suggested we view a particular property and arranged a private viewing of the property in a short time. The property was a particularly good one which fulfilled most of the requirements we were looking for. Robert was most helpful in negotiating with the property owners to obtain a reasonably quick settlement. He has has also been most patient in helping us manage some of the steps in property purchase and has been easy to contact whenever we had any query relating to the property or the area of the home. We would certainly recommend the agency to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Woden area.

A man of utter integrity, who combines personal warmth with professional skill

We have experienced working with Nicholas Jacob on two occasions, once as a buyer, ten years ago, and, this year, as a seller. He is a remarkable blend of personal warmth, openness, honesty and transparency, who is also a very knowledgeable and skillful agent with a deep understanding of the market - and of human nature! His communication skills are exceptional: he kept us fully informed at every point in our transactions with him and, while he was acting on our behalf as sellers, he also gained the trust and respect of the buyer of our property. "Trust and respect" capture our own feelings about Nicholas. We have always had the upmost confidence in him to represent our interests, and to do so with complete integrity. Superior Communications and Process

Jonathan and his team made our selling experience so easy! This sale was a deceased estate, so to gently and respectfully manage my sisters and I was greatly appreciated. All steps were clearly communicated, all services (painting, cleaning, gardening, styling) were managed as much or as little by them as we wanted. They thought of every detail, which lead to a stress free, successful sale!

Making first home purchase a delight

Mark was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. As a first home buyer, I expected the whole process to be pretty daunting, but Mark made everything incredibly easy, straightforward and genuinely enjoyable. He was always responsive, informative and happy to explain what was happening at every stage. He went well beyond just selling me the property, helping point me in the right direction with a mortgage broker, conveyancing and everything else needed to get things moving. We managed an incredibly quick settlement, and Mark made the entire process feel seamless. I always knew what was happening and never felt like I was left figuring things out on my own. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to deal with for my first home purchase. Mark was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful throughout the whole experience. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough!
