I I purchased this unit in March 2018 thru one of Paul's staff (Di ?). I was so impressed with the service I made a mental note to use their services again if and when I decided to sell. So when the decision to sell arrived I rang Paul and organized a meet at his offices as I live in Scamander. Within half an hour I had signed up and was provided with plan. Paul contacted all the relevant parties, did an inspection, a walk-thru video and suggested a price.
