David is well known and respected not only in Young and Districts, but also throughout the central west, namely his home town of Blayney and also Cowra, where he commenced his real estate career with L.J. Hooker Cowra in 1994. David relocated to Young and purchased the L.J. Hooker Young Franchise in 2001 and was instrumental in changing the face of real estate in Young. David successfully built a formidable business through a professional and dedicated approach and focusing on exclusive and auction agency sales and specialized property management. David returned to actively selling back in 2013 and specialises in all property and business sales and also commercial / industrial leasing. David has owned and operated the current Ray White Young business solely since 2015 and successfully launched Ray White Rural Young brand in 2020. In 2023, David opened the doors to Ray White Rural Harden and further expanded across the Hilltops in 2024 with the launch of Ray White Rural Boorowa. David was recognised in 2024-25 by the Ray White Group, achieving 'Premier' status in Sales, as a 'Premier' Property Management Agency and overall as a 'Premier' Business Owner, putting him and his Agency in the top 10% of Ray White Offices.
