Kate is not just a real estate agent.
Kate guided me carefully through my first solo house selling experience. No questions were too silly. Kate was always at the end of the phone. She had solid knowledge of the market. Being a local she knows the area well. She communicated in a way I understood. She gave sage advice. Helping to prepare for the photographs whilst dealing with a large poorly trained dog. She was always professional in her approach, but with a human face. Thank you Kate, I would recommend you highly and enjoyed our time together.

Excellent Kate made every so easy

excellent communicator with a deep understanding of our exceptations.
After long consultations with Carl he understood our position & requirements and a price range.As we were retiring to house we needed a walk in walk out type of agreement. Carl organised this via the contract stating inclusions.He has been upfront and explained everything as the sale progressed.Carl also did all advertising and an overhead drone display of the property.He also took all the stress out of the emotional sale of a generational property.Many thanks Carl .Brian & Jean Johnston.

The greatest real estate agent ever!
Kate is, without question, the best real estate agent on the planet. Frankly, every other agent should be forced to attend a masterclass run by her if they know what’s good for them. She went above and beyond at every stage and somehow turned one of life’s most stressful processes into an absolute dream. Her interpersonal skills are elite, her emotional intelligence is borderline supernatural, and her general intelligence sits somewhere around Einstein territory. In an industry not exactly famous for trustworthiness, Kate is the rare exception. Honest, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in getting the best outcome for everyone involved. If I were an Eskimo and Kate offered to sell me ice, I’d buy it immediately because I know it would somehow be premium, handcrafted, artisan ice. To put it simply: if Kate is selling the property, buy the property. And if you’re selling one, get Kate to do it.
