Knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely helpful throughout our first home purchase

Bilal was fantastic in giving us accurate and authentic information on every property we looked at. He genuinely understood our requirements and only showed us properties that matched what we needed, which saved us a lot of time and effort in our search. Amar took over from there and guided us through the auction process — since this was our first time buying and our first auction, he patiently explained all the terminology and made sure every participant was given a fair and equal opportunity on the day. He also negotiated skilfully with the owner, reaching an outcome that worked well for both sides. Excellent Communication, a Positive Attitude and a Friendly, Helpful Approach

The agent was professional, friendly and helpful throughout the purchasing process. Amar and colleages communicated clearly, responded promptly to my questions and kept me informed at every stage.
