Great communication, dedicated and professional

Kapil was great when selling our property!

Kapil was great when selling our property. He made life so easy and took care of everything. From start to finish Kapil was very transparent and went out of his way to find buyers. Kapil kept in constant communication throughout the process, whether it be offers submitted or just general FYI. At the time of sale he got us a record price for our unit in the complex. We are looking at starting a family trust soon to reinvest and we will be using Kapil for this also. Highly recommend.
