Good Old Fashioned Service

We come from a time when people did things properly and Rachel is very much cut from that cloth. She reminded us of the old days - when service was personal, people were polite and you were treated with respect. Rachel looked after us from start to finish. She kept in touch, explained everything in plain English and never once made us feel rushed or confused. She organised all the details for us, which made the process so much easier.
