Outstanding Negotiation Skills and Exceptional Market Expertise

We had a fantastic experience working with Leisa and couldn’t be happier with the result. She went above and beyond throughout the whole process, often working around the clock to organise private inspections and make sure we didn’t miss any opportunities. Her experience and ability to understand buyers really stood out. She knew how to get the buyer to make a quick offer and then negotiate further to achieve an even better price for us. She was also a huge help in getting our house ready for sale, suggesting ways to improve its presentation and liaising with the staging company to make sure everything looked its best. What we appreciated most was how proactive, dedicated and committed she was to getting us the best possible outcome. We genuinely felt she had our best interests at heart and put in the extra effort to get us a great result. We’re so grateful for all her hard work and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home!
