Wendy opened the doors to Samrani Property Group in Mansfield Avenue, Caringbah in 1999 and has had a successful career in Real Estate ever since. Pat was raised in the Shire & has continued to live in it with his wife & son. Today he is actively involved in community groups, sporting groups, recently elected as a Director on the board of Miranda RSL Diggers & was the President of Endeavour SKWAD, a Charity that raises funds for Shire teenage children with disabilities. Pat was introduced to Real Estate as a teenager due to his family’s involvement in the industry and has had a genuine passion for it ever since. He then moved onto property development field. There he dealt many a year with dealings in residential project marketing, first home buyers’, investors, owner occupiers in townhouses, villas, apartments and dwellings up to waterfront prestigious properties. He enjoys working with many of his clients and those referrals from friends and past clients.
