I've been selling homes on the Central Coast for over 7 years and I still get a buzz out of it — especially around Avoca Beach and North Avoca, where I do most of my work. I live local, surf most mornings before I start, and walk my dog Kobi along the same beaches you're probably picturing yourself near. Here's how I work: I'll give you a straight answer, even when it's not the one you want. I won't quote you a big number just to win your business and then spend the whole campaign talking you back down. I'd rather have the honest conversation up front, then get to work chasing the best result we can actually get. Most of my sales go to auction. When a home's presented well, the right buyers will pay a premium for it — and a good auction campaign brings those buyers together and lets them compete. That's where the real money sits for a seller, and it's the part I genuinely love. I'm not the high-pressure, jargon-heavy type. I'm the bloke who'll sit at your kitchen table, treat your home like it matters — because to you it does — and look after the buyers just as well, because they're part of the result too. If you're thinking about selling, even if it's a way off, I'm happy to have a no-pressure chat. Worst case, you walk away with some honest advice.

Matthew, Lucy, Tiffany and Ben from Bensville Ray White were a pleasure to sell our home through. The team were very understanding & kind in their communication and considerate of our family throughout the process of selling our home of 38 years. They intimately know the surrounding Bensville area, the recent sales and trends. They organised quotes from different trades and house dressing and after feedback from a few pre market inspections, adjusted their recommendations to minimise unnecessary spending on our part. We were happy with the result and glad to see our home… go to a good home :) We would definitely recommend the Ray White Bensville team and happily work with them again.
