We had a fantastic experience selling our property. By acreage standards, it sold very quickly, which we were thrilled about. Scott was incredibly helpful throughout the process, especially keeping everything on track while we were away on holidays. His communication and support made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Rance Property is a family business and the whole Team was there to help me. Scott loves real estate - it’s not just a job. I could rely on his professionalism and many years of experience during the whole selling process. Scott and Karen treat their clients as friends of the family and go out of their way to be helpful. Big thanks all the Team.

Our dealings with Rance Property began in 2025. We had lived in our property for 52 years and we knew that selling the property would be a personal challenge for us. From the start, we found that Scott was willing to give us the time to guide us through the steps required. Scott was easily contactable and made himself available, keeping us informed regarding the many aspects of a house sale. We are grateful for his friendly, attentive approach, making this process proceed so smoothly. As a result of well organised efforts made by Scott and his team, sale of the property was secured through the first Open Home.
