A Wonderful Experience During an Emotional Time

The team provided us with regular updates both before and after each open house events we had.

When we first interviewed the team of Steve and Aaron, we were immediately impressed with their knowledge of the area, market and their enthusiasm and belief in meeting our needs. Their confidence that they would achieve the price we were looking for (which other agencies were pricing it for up to $100K under) was unwavering. They held open homes starting in mid Jan 26 and this lead to an offer being accepted and we had a contract signed sealed and settled by mid Feb 26. This allowed us to make an offer on our next project which was accepted and both properties settled on the same day in different states.WIN/WIN. Steve and Aaron are quality people and an unbeatable team.
