Gill has been fantastic to deal with from day one. She is knowledgeable about the area and helps set a realistic price range. Her communication is excellent, and with a number of clients on her books she contacted potential buyers before it was fully on the market and generated a lot of interest. She handled a number of offers and clearly presented them to me and explained some pros and cons of certain offers, and went back and pressed the potential buyers to get me the absolutely best possible price. She was always available to ask questions and kept me in the loop at every stage. Gill is friendly and approachable but totally professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. In the future she would be the first agent I go to when looking for my next property.
