The perfect experience for a big milestone

Myself and my partner are first home buyers, so you can imagine how daunting the experience can be for those who haven’t purchased a home before. From the beginning, Shelley and Ann were exemplary. They helped answer our many questions, and even when we threw a couple curveballs, they went above and beyond to come back to us quickly with an answer or solution. It was so reassuring to feel that the people we were working with were both highly professional, yet still warm and empathetic to how stressful buying can be. In fact, I’d say it wasn’t really that stressful because of them! Thank you so much to both Shelley and Ann for all your work and help, you helped us achieve a major milestone. It will be a happy memory we return to for many years to come. :)
