Nick was an excellent communicator. He explained to us the style of marketing they use today.

Nick came to our home as we were unable to go to the office. He explained everything to us from price, advertising photos and contract. He organised for a contract to be drawn up and photos to be taken within a week our investment property went on the market. Nick kept in touch with us every day to discuss the responses he received locally and interstate. We were surprised at the amount of enquiries there were. Nick has excellent marketing knowledge and negotiating skills. He negotiated to get the price we were expecting. We were very happy with the outcome he property was sold in 10 days. Nick is very professional and we are very happy to recommend him.

Luke kept us updated throughout the whole process. I didn’t need to wonder what was going on because l always knew.
