Ryan assisted me in selling my childhood home

After both of my parents passed away I had the difficult task of selling my childhood home, Ryan was very respectful and compassionate throughout the entire process, he was able to gain multiple offers on the property in a very short time and I was able to accept an offer well over asking price in under a week of advertising. Excellent Agent to deal with. Communication was amazing

Our interaction with Ryan in purchasing our property in Charters Towers was amazing. As we are not from the area, the communication that Ryan did to help us navigate the purchase from a far was outstanding. He was honest and sent photos. He met us on short notice, when we happened to be passing through Charters Towers. He definitely was one of the best agents we have dealt with when purchasing a property. Nothing was too much trouble and we were the buyer. Highly recommend and when we decide it is time to sell, Ryan will be the agent we want to sell our house. Thank you Paul and Janie

Pleasant and easy to talk to

Ryan is a very friendly and down-to-earth agent. He endeavours to do the most he can with his clients during the buying/selling process, and is easy to talk to. Not an 'aggressive' agent - more a 'friend' to everyone involved. Ryan has a good solid background and knowledge of the Charters Towers region, and was helpful on providing insight when asked.

Excellent agent that wasn't pushy and got a GREAT price!!

I couldn't be happier with the service Ryan provided during the sale of my land. It was a pretty complex transaction that took some extra time and patience to navigate, but Ryan handled every hurdle with total professionalism. He was never pushy and always gave me the space and clear advice needed to make the right decisions. Best of all, he managed to secure a great price very quickly. If you want an agent who genuinely works in your best interest and delivers outstanding results, I highly recommend Ryan.
