Jo is very supportive, effective and professional. She always considers the seller as a priority

Jo communicates well and is very personable. She will call several times in one day if needs be to ensure the seller is kept informed as things happen. Jo is also considerate of making sure some of her communication is put in writing when appropriate. Jo has a good knowledge of the market current and where it is going.

Excellent presentation, confident, demonstration of local market knowledge

Jo is my Agent. Presentation was 100%. Very committed and dedicated. Jo did media presentation work on a Friday. Sunday Jo emailed me the work she had put together for approval. Jo launched the Sale marketing on that Sunday afternoon and listed for house inspections on a Wednesday the following week. Jo sealed the deal within half an hour. Settlement within two weeks. I had bought and sold a few houses in the past. But with Jo, the process was short, very short. Thank you Jo.
