Adam and his team did an exceptional job in preparing our investment property for sale. There was significant repair work required, which he managed independently, only requiring us to finalise his recommendations. He then undertook a successful sales campaign, achieving a strong price. He communicated clearly and promptly, kept us updated or market conditions and then recommended a strategy change to maximise our sale price. I recommend Adam to anyone looking to sell their home.

Working with Adam Garvey has been an absolute pleasure. This professionalism, clear communication, and deep market knowledge made the entire process smooth and stress‑free. They kept us informed at every stage, offered honest guidance, and went above and beyond to achieve a fantastic result. We felt supported, respected, and genuinely cared for throughout. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Adam was a fair and straightforward communicator and negotiator in what was a long back and forth process with the sellers. He was honest with us, which I don't think you can always say, and continued to be helpful after the negotiations were completed.

Myself and my wife came across Adam as we were looking at a property in camberwell. Coincidently he was also recommended by a family friend to reach out to to assist in finding a property in the area. We found Adam to be attentive, polite, prompt but most importantly open and honest. I've had lots of dealings with real estate agents over the years, from buying and selling to rental properties; Adam is the only one I could genuinely recommend to people.
