Chris was born and raised in Mandurah. He has spent his entire professional career in sales, with the vast majority of that time dedicated to the Mandurah property market. By opening Evolution Mandurah, he has taken the proven strategies that shaped his own career success and applied them at an agency level, building a business grounded in consistency, service and results. From his early days as a sales assistant through to leading high-performing teams and establishing his own office, Chris brings a depth of experience earned through every stage of the industry. Alongside his professional background, he has personally bought, renovated, leased and sold multiple properties throughout Mandurah and surrounding areas, giving him hands-on insight into what genuinely lifts presentation and buyer appeal, and where to invest for the best value-for-money results. Chris also leads the property management department within Evolution Mandurah, working closely with investors and landlords. As an experienced corporate speaker, Chris presents to and trains seasoned sales representatives in front of large audiences.
