Excellent Support

I have been working with Stewart and his team for over 30 years. First in the purchase of the property, second as the agent to manage the property as a rental, and great assistance in a refurbishment done 10 years ago, and now in the sale of the property. He and his team are extremely friendly and honest in all dealings and will go the extra mile to help. Living overseas it is often difficult to know what is going on but I have never been wanting for information and what is happening. Always honest input into the processes and will always talk you through the situation so you can make an informed decision. Even in the current tough econoimi times the property was not overvalued, was managed well, constant feedback after every open house, and any adjustements required from the viewings. I would highly recommend Stewart and his team for any of your real estate transactions whether this be for buying, selling, rental management, or finding you a rental property.
