Very knowledgeable and professional

Lucy did an outstanding job selling our apartment. She is highly knowledgeable and was able to adapt the sales strategy effectively to changing market conditions. Following her advice, we received an offer in less than three weeks, despite a challenging market. Throughout the process, Lucy was responsive, professional and proactive. She always replied promptly to our enquiries, provided valuable guidance, and kept us well informed every step of the way. Great agent!

Lucy sold our home and was very responsive throughout the process and always had a backup plan when typical hustles appeared during the process of selling a house in an unpredictable market. This made the process as stress-free as possible. Would definitely recommend Lucy at Blackshaw!

Absolutely fabulous

This is the third house Christine has sold for me which is testament enough to her great work! Her communication is super fast, her knowledge of the market was excellent and she was always approachable and available with any questions I had. For this recent sale, she went above and beyond for a problem that arose and it was settled in a very quick and efficient manner. I would highly recommend Christine.

Gillian Thorn is an exceptional & trustworthy agent in the Canberra real estate market.

I have had the privilege of working with Gillian twice in last two years in relation to sale of an apartment in Canberra. Although I had to withdraw the apt from sale during the initial campaign due to unexpected building works at the site, based on that initial experience with Gillian, I had no hesitation in re-engaging her again when the works were completed. Gillian is a total professional who understands the local market, understands potential buyer market and provides sound advice as to appropriate marketing and price guides. She has natural people skills which are demonstrated to both buyer and seller. As a seller I was kept fully informed at all times in relation to the marketing campaign and feedback from open days. Gillian's documentation is meticulous so that there can never be any confusion. Gillian is one of those rare individuals who goes the extra mile to help both buyer & seller, at the same time being a strong negotiator. I couldn't recommend Gillian more highly as a trustworthy professional real estate agent in Canberra.
