About Mark

Mark Colefax is a Gold Coast native. Born in Southport and raised at Hope Island in the Northern district he has seen many changes occur and watched the entire area grow from small town to thriving city. Educated firstly at Coomera state school then graduating from The Southport School (TSS) secondary school, he then moved into his fathers’ construction company and became a qualified carpenter overseeing many projects. Purchasing his first block of land and building his first house at the age of 20 meant he become aware of the real estate/construction industries very early on. So began a continued passion for all things relating to residential housing including architecture and design. A natural progression into real estate and a desire to help others makes him evermore dedicated to his chosen profession. Now residing back in Hope Island he has his ‘finger on the pulse’ with local market conditions and keeps constantly abreast of the frequently changing property environment. About Phil

Phil Game is a licensed Real Estate Agent and Financial Planner, who also holds a Masters of Business, Financial Diploma, and Engineering Degree. In his life before Real Estate he spent 14 years as an Officer in the Australian Army flying and teaching pilots on Military helicopters. His time in the Military has taught him Loyalty, Camaraderie, Honesty and Friendship. He applies these same attributes when dealing with his clients and prides himself on a professional and caring company where communication is the key. He believes that every Client whether they be Seller, Buyer, Landlord or tenant is important, and always aims to provide the very best Real Estate Service with a high degree of expertise, and professionalism whist maintaining integrity, fairness, honesty and enthusiasm. Interests and Hobbies He is very easy to get along with and enjoys catching up with friends and socialising. He likes spending time with his family, going to the beach and playing golf. Phil also enjoys going to the gym, keeping fit and putting everything into each day. A favourite quote: “Life is short so you need to live every day as though it’s your last and one day you’ll be right.” One thing that nobody knows about him: he was born in Papua New Guinea.

Industry professional with in depth knowledge

Mark clearly understands the variety of factors affecting each area of real estate when it comes to buying and selling. When discussing the price range and approach to selling, Mark was able to clearly articulate the reasoning behind all aspects of it. Having sold two properties with him I observed the contrast in how he adapted to different situations. One sale being a seamless and great result with almost immediate turn around. The second sale was much more intensive and Mark put in the work, communicating with me throughout to get the best result possible. Mark is a highly experienced and personable agent who is also backed by an excellent agency so the support throughout was fantastic.

Knowledge good, comms and pro casual and warming

Very honest and was keen to get deal done quickly, loved this fact as approached previous agent on this property feeling there was no way to purcahse at my budget and didn't recieve any further approach.

Very helpful
