I was very pleased with Annette & her team getting our house to market quickly. We did sell very quickly too. Communication was wonderful. I was surprised however, that at settlement we didn’t receive any communication thanking or congratulating us. And now, 9 months later we are asked to provide a rating.

At a time when absolutely NO real estate agent was returning calls or even taking calls, Aaron promptly answered and assisted us from the very first attempt to contact him regarding a house for sale, and too, all other calls as well. On the day we viewed, we held Aaron up from his busy schedule after our initial viewing so that other members of the family could also attend and give an opinion about the possible purchase. He waited with us for over half an hour before they arrived. We ended up purchasing the house and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from the agency Aaron works for again.

Google My rental property and I cannot wait to part company with Annette Rolt and Aqwasun. Thankfully she has sold her rent roll to another agent because her handling of our account has been nothing but woeful since she lost a previous Property Manager (the original PM we signed up with at Aqwasun). The handover is on the 1st October and I was only notified a few days ago, why was that??? Maybe not wanting to allow current property owners time to find their own agent before being transferred to the new agency?? The disgraceful service we have endured since our previous PM left, including nasty and untrue comments relating to the previous PM are unacceptable. If I could give Annette Rolt 0 stars I would!!
