Tori kept constant communication despite some difficulty due to me being overseas. She was also extremely respectful to me and my partner during the open. She was also very knowledgeable about the property, the strata and any ongoing situations within the building which is a fresh change from asking an agent a question and being met with a confused look.

Tori was always responsive, helpful and accommodating with any requests we had, which made the whole process easy.
