I have been working in the Real Estate industry for over 29 years.
A local resident, I have a thorough knowledge of the area and have established a large client and network base comprising of both private owners and public agencies.
I am always genuinely focused on achieving the best result for my clients but in doing so will ensure that my integrity and ethics are never compromised. The fact that I live and have worked in the area for this long period of time means that when a vendor engages me to assist with the sale of their property, they can have peace of mind that they have an agent who understands the market and buyers in the area. It also brings an owner peace of mind knowing that I have a proven track record and strong knowledge of property prices.
Some of my achievements with the L J Hooker network include Top Business Operator, Top Auction Lister - Region, 7th ranking in Australia and New Zealand for Top Individual No of Auctions. In August 2014, I was inducted into the Captains Club which is an elite club that recognises the Top 15% of Sales Performers with L J Hooker in the world. In November 2015, I gained membership into the elite multi-million-dollar chapter, which recognises the top 7% of sales people throughout the L J Hooker network. I have successfully managed to re qualify into the multi-million-dollar chapter over the past years since 2016 including 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. In addition, I have achieved 'Top 2.5%' of the LJ Hooker network in the 2021|22 awards period, earning the Diamond Multi-Million Dollar Membership of the exclusive Captains Club.
I have also been awarded Agent of the Year for 2018 and 2020 by Rate My Agent. This award is based on volume of sales along with client feedback.
