Leigh helped us through each stage of the sale. Suggested changes and knew reliable people to assist, including trades people and knew the market well. Comprehensive information throughout the preparation for sale and throughout process of opens and private inspections. We felt as relaxed as possible at an important decision and he advises but listened to our concerns and we always were reminded it was our property to sell and he did everything he possibly could to assist us throughout the campaign. He is honest and lets you choose time frames and assists wherever he is needed. Kim and he have excellent decent moral values and work hard to sell your property. They also have a good sense of the market at moment and are extremely pleasant and fun to deal with. Very happy we chose him as he assisted us greatly 25 years ago with a problem buyer and then again 8 years ago with another situation. Completely trustworthy and a good bloke all round.
