Towers Property & Co have been the property managers for my investing property for many years. Every now and then I’d contemplate selling and Julia was always a wealth of information about the current property market and would then give me a thorough market appraisal when I asked. Before officially going on the market, there were times she approached me with different possible buyers and while nothing earlier ever eventuated, earlier this year when I was finally keen to put it on the market, I entrusted Julia with the sale of the property. There were a few interested parties and she always kept me up to date and informed about what was happening, every offer was presented to me and she was always supportive of what my decisions were with each offer. We did accept one offer and unfortunately the sale fell through and while disappointing, Julia keep me in the loop every step of the way of what was happening. After more disappointing offers and a change in my personal circumstances, I took the property off the market… but that wasn’t the end of it; when someone came back to her and was still interested in my property, she rang me to discuss the possibility of selling. Which I agreed to, at the right price. Thank you Julia, I cannot thank you enough for the years of top service property management and then a great outcome, all round, with the sale of my property.
