We met with 3 agents before putting our house on the market and Joseph was by far the loveliest and the most enthusiastic, but just as importantly, if not more, had done research about our property and new the market in our area. He came fully prepared with printed materials explaining various plans and cost structures and we were impressed by his passion and knowledge. Right from the beginning he told us he knew who our buyers would be and he was right. During the sale campaign, Joseph kept us up to date with every inspection and potential buyer and was also incredibly helpful with our ongoing quest to find a new home to buy which is a minefield! Joseph's support and advice has been invaluable and meant so much to us.
