Over the past 12months of house hunting Joseph is the first agent who was actually true to his word, making him in my books trustworthy and by far the best. When it came down to the negotiations he made it easy and comfortable to discuss. When needing additional plans/information he made it priority and within 5 minute had everything I needed, he had answers to all my questions. Joseph helped my partner & I secure our first home. He kept us updated along the way, and was transparent in letting us know about other interest surrounding the property. We originally thought there was no chance of securing the property, however, he kept us in mind which got us interested again. Joseph also was happy to let us inspect the property as many times as needed, and come back once we purchased it outside of his regular work hours.
