We first encountered Helen and her team years ago when we went through one of her open homes. At the time we were impressed by the genuine warmth and approachability of her and her team - there were no games or trying to convince us about the property. A few months later we asked Helen to come out and give us an estimate for our property and some ideas of how to prepare it for sale - again she and her team gave us some great advice and didn’t pressure us into anything we weren’t ready for. Fast forward 2+ years and we were ready to sell - with a 4-week old baby nonetheless!
