We had our listed previously with two other local agents- Team Hooly and Ben Stanton, didn’t get any results at all. Our house was a challenge as it had been on the market over 5 months with the wrong agents and therefore it was an older listing. Helen was absolutely brilliant, within a month our house was under offer. She worked extremely hard to ensure the deal went ahead, despite some difficulty with the buyers finance.
