Wonderful experience for my 'first home buyer' family

We met Helen only once, before she helped us buy the house that we liked a lot! From the first encounter, Helen was very friendly, professional, client-oriented, and accessible. Being a first home buyer brings its own challenges, questions, and uncertainties. Helen was always available to answer our questions, address our needs, and communicate with the sellers on our behalf. We found Helen trying her hardest to balance the requirements of all parties involved in buying and selling, helping them (us included) reach a fair, positive, and satisfactory outcome.
