David was outstanding to deal with from the start. Unlike other agents we met with, he was honest, forthright and didn't try to butter me up with an unrealistic price. To be honest, he was the opposite and he gained my trust from the start. I always knew the position we were in and he was extremely transparent through the entire process. We never expected that we would trust a real estate agent as much as we trust this true professional.
