What a great agent!!

To sell our first home, that we love so dearly, should have been hard, but we watched the market and noticed David. He seemed to be selling everything in our area and some before auction. So when we knew it was time for us to sell, we knew who to call. From that first call we knew we were in good hands. Selling with David was not hard at all, he made it easy and even enjoyable. When we were stressed, he was calming and explained everything to us. David was honest, he was helpful and realistic, knowledgeable and liberal with his time for us. He had the buyers literally lined up with in three days of being on the market and we sold in a great time. David's advice pre, post and during our sale was invaluable, he even provided advise and knowledge to help us purchase our next property.
