When I reached out to David to inspect the property, he was very responsive. Despite my request being last minute he was able to book me in for an inspection. The builder was also there and the trust between the Builder and David was evident. It gave me comfort that David has worked with the same builder long term. David was transparent and also very open when it came to putting an offer on the table after the second inspection. He was able to find a solution that benefited and met the needs of all parties. It was a great experience going through David and I would certainly recommend his services to my network.
