I found Chee-Ky to be very helpful at our first meeting at Keysborough. He showed great interest at selling our property & explained in great detail what as the best way to sell the property. Option 1sell by Auction. Option 2 Private sale. Option 3 Sale by date. We went with Option 3 sale by date , 6days later we sold with a better price than we expected. We are very happy with the out come , plus with a 30 day settlement. We would recommend Barry Pant any time & even ask if they could sell our property in Brisbane.
