Before choosing an agent, I did a fair bit of research around Dandenong North and met with several of them. One was pleasant enough but was clearly focused on volume rather than my property. Another quoted a price he was never going to achieve. Anso was the complete opposite of both. He treats your property as if it were his own. He knows the market and he gives you the truth, even when the truth is not what you want to hear. He has a clear strategy and works it through from the big picture down to the small details. He also understands buyers well, and knows when to push and when to simply keep them informed. If you are weighing up agents, go to one of his open inspections and watch how he works. We went through a sellers advocate so didn’t have as much direct contact with Anso but we heard only great things about him from our advocate and when we did speak with him he was so lovely, very clear communication and really easy to work with. We appreciate the hard work and effort he put in to selling our house and are so grateful to get the outcome we did because of it. My mum went to one of the opens and said she could really see and hear how well Anso was selling our house and we couldn’t agree more.
