Phoned Andy on the Wednesday and received details of properties he had for sale. He suggested that 68 Peregian Breeze Drive would suit our requirements so arranged for my partners sister to inspect on the Saturday (we live in Sydney and could not attend ourselves). She thought it was ideal for us so Andy emailed Contract, I signed it and vendors signed that afternoon.
