Fabulous Location, Great Property, Fair Pricel

Mark did everything right by the Seller, which is to be expected & we paid probably 2% more than we thought was the perfect price, but at the end of the day when you fall in love with a property & its location what is 2% and value lies in the eyes of the beholder. Mark is an absolute property professional & if i was selling a property in this location i would 100% ask Mark to handle the sale.
