It was a positive experience in the end
We had a prospective buyer that was particularly difficult to deal with & operated on their own timetable. Anita was very good at dealing with this situation despite our impatience & was key in keeping the buyer interested. The only concern we had during this process was that we always looking for status updates where we had to chase Anna so more continuous communication would have been preferred. The resulting timetable (which did drag on longer than we had expected) was really out of Anita's control Anita has been a great help in sorting out some minor issues that have emerged as the buying process progressed
