Experienced and professional

Cameron arrived early with flood lights as my auction was at 7 pm and as we set up he quizzed me about my home and it’s attributes. He then went through my home as I told him of all the work that had been done by local trades and the materials used. I stayed out of the way for most of the auction until Cameron came back to me with the highest bid. It was a bit shy of my expectations but he was able to negotiate a slightly higher price which I accepted as satisfactory. I’m now able to move forward with my life and I am very thankful to Cameron and his team for helping me achieve this goal! Thanks very much Cameron!!

Couldn't ask for anything more!

Darren and Christian and the team were fantastic, both in the purchase and sale of our property! They provided advice on our property, which minor improvements would help with the re-sale, the pro's/cons and pricing on Auctions vs Private sales and was clear on the expectations for sale price. Darren provided daily updates during the sale of our property, was transparent and honest in his interactions and followed through on everything he had committed to. Darren ultimately sold our property for a fantastic price and kept us involved throughout. Having both purchased and sold our property through Harcourts, I could not recommend Darren and his team more!

Successful sale with Matthew farrugia

I was very nervous to sell my property. I got in contact with Matt through a mutual friend. After the first meeting with Matt, I found him to very very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He made me feel comfortable with my decision to sell my house and I found him to be extremely knowledgeable on the area I was selling in. He showed me houses that had sold in the area recently and talked me through his professional opinions on the sale and price of my property. He was always available to answer any questions I had throughout the sale period. He managed to sell my property within 3 weeks at a price I was more than happy to accept. I would recommend Matt to anyone who is looking to sell their property
