Meet Carla Viskovich. Opening the doors of Elite Choice Real Estate in September 2012 was one of the most exciting events of her life. Working in real estate since 2004, Carla has the experience of working in all areas of residential real estate and provides high quality and invaluable services. She has worked, bought in, and studied the real estate market of the Goldfields since 2007 and in the Perth and its greater region since 2016. She has built a reputation of caring for her clients’ needs – understanding that not every property is a business transaction, as for most, it is a home moving from one family to another. Carla's objective with Elite Choice Real Estate is to offer a service superior to other agencies by keeping a smaller rent roll and team so that there is less chance of staff turnover and even less chance of miscommunication with our clients. Winning the Goldfields 'Young Achiever of the Year' award in 2014 proves that her hard work and dedication showed through from the very beginning. Carla is a loving mother to two boys, Oscar and George, and daughter, Mia, has an amazing supportive husband Matthew, and is very passionate about her business.

Our doors opened in 2012 when Carla Viskovich, the Managing Director, commenced her mission to prove that against the stigma, honest and professional real estate agents exist. We've managed residential property from Joondalup to Rockingham since 2017 and in the regional town of Kalgoorlie-Boulder we've sold & managed residential property since 2012. Our systems and procedures allow us to employ staff through our Kalgoorlie office, who live locally where the property we manage are situated. This way our staff are familiar and knowledgeable with the suburbs they work with and understand our clients requirements. The company and staff are all actively involved in many local communities, competing and sponsoring many sporting teams each year and were named in the Goldfields Children Charity Hall of Fame in 2017. Our staff are motivated, determined and willing to go the extra mile with continuous communication. Absolutely amazing!!

Everything went very smoothly from when I first reached out to Carolyn to the point of the property sale. With her professionalism there was no mucking around and my property was sold in an exceptionally quick time period in which I was after. Carolyn went above and beyond with everything, explained all aspects in key detail, she is very knowledgeable when it comes to the area and market.
