We found Sandi to be very approachable, knowledgeable about the current state of the market and a motivated ‘worker’ on our behalf. Sandi listened to us and proceeded to consider our thoughts with all her interactions with prospective buyers. She communicated with us frequently and was realistic about the possible outcomes. We were impressed by engaging with and following up prospective buyersy along with liasing with the neighbours keeping them informed of any developments. Sandi was very personable and on open days and auction day made some small decorative additions to make the house welcoming and attractive.
