We recently purchased a property where PK was representing the owners. From the warm initial greeting when we arrived at the first viewing, we were impressed by PK’s friendly, yet utterly professional manner. He made us comfortable, as well as being confident that he was accurately representing the property. He was able to answer most questions at the viewing, with details he wasn’t sure of being relayed later the same day. We appreciated his confidence in not giving vague answers and instead wanted to give us accurate, timely information. When our offer was accepted, PK continued to ensure communication stayed open, and was more than happy to help us get some details of the house that made our lives a lot easier once we moved in. He replied quickly to texts and emails, and we felt comfortable that we were being kept in the loop. Even after settlement PK was eager to ensure we were happy. There were a few small issues that arose due to external factors, which PK was happy to straighten out for us. When we come to sell our place, we’ll be contacting PK first as he’s exactly the type of person we’d want to represent us, to ensure a smooth sale. That he has excellent taste in suits is just the icing on the cake :)
